After more than 10 years growing Ivy Inventory into a leading inventory provider across the West Midlands and Cotswolds, we reached a turning point.
As our portfolio expanded to over 15,000 properties, so did our software costs. Like many inventory clerks and property managers, we found ourselves juggling multiple platforms, deleting properties each month to stay within limits, and paying increasingly high reporting fees.
So we made a conscious decision to invest in ourselves and build something better.
