Pricing questions
How does the free trial work?
Once you sign up and confirm your email address, you’ll gain instant access to the full platform for 30 days. No payment is required during this period. If you cancel before the trial ends, or simply don’t add payment details, your account will close automatically with no charges. If you continue into a paid plan, you can still cancel later, but any fees already incurred up to the end of your billing period are non-refundable.
What is pay as you go?
Pay as you go has no subscription or monthly commitment. You buy credits (£10 per credit) and spend one credit for each report PDF you download. If you create reports regularly, a monthly or annual plan usually works out better value.
Am I tied into a long-term contract?
No. APR operates on a flexible subscription basis with no long-term commitments. You pay monthly and can cancel whenever you wish.
Are there any additional costs beyond my plan?
No. Every plan includes unlimited reports and unlimited users; your plan determines how many properties you can manage.
